Added an endless waveset. Cleaned up some code in both relentless and the endless wavesets.

This mod now force requires the Forged Forge to use, and will automatically download and enable that mod when this one is enabled.

Fixed the drop location of the splint mail/jagged armor to be at the correct round.

Quick fix to edit some comments in the code.

-Added a config option to choose which custom waveset you want to use.
-Added a 'Relentless' waveset, and made it the default.

The relentless waveset features customized enemy spawn patterns, fully reworked loot drops, and custom Pugna dialogue lines. It's a moderate difficulty waveset made for six players.

Mod uploaded with the following contents:
-No config options.
-One customized set of waves that override Forged Forge's settings. (This includes both changed enemy spawns and loot drops.)
