-Rebalancing!
--Greatly reduced the price of the hat to prevent easy Pixel gain exploits (5000 > 50)
--Reduced the rarity of the item from Rare to Uncommon
--Moved the item's crafting slot to the Spinning Wheel (Finally!)
-Miscellaneous fixes!
--Fixed the item's tags (how is this item a tool??)
