Converted Mutation to the "Extended Mutation" system.
Fixed Mutation name not showing properly.

Another edit. Reduced Special Infected spawnrate and added unlimited shoving (including to Chargers) to reduce difficulty - the previous version was quite difficult in certain campaigns.
