New update
- Three new civics added for the Galactic Empire:
1. Galactic Emperor
2. Imperial Ruling Council
3. Imperial Military

- New planet Corulag added to the Imperial Center initializer along with two new planet modifiers: "Sienar Advanced Research" and "Corulag Academies".

- Fixed an issue with the Centax moons where the districts are displayed incorrectly.
- Finally fixed the lack of districts on the Centax moons by adding generator, farming, and mining districts through the use of a planet modifier "Centax Infrastructure".

Update Fix 3/9/2019

- Added a new Kuat Ring texture for the planet Kuat (from EAW).
- Made the Kuat Ring a habitable structure with a new modifier: Kuat Shipyards (gives a large boost to alloy production).
- Changed the planet modifier: Kuat Drive Yards (increases trade value, branch office value, and adds two noble jobs).

-Fixed missing female hair portraits for the Imperials.

- Added 2 farmer jobs to the Imperial Palace building for gameplay balance. This should solve the issue of having a negative food supply after starting a game on Coruscant and provide enough food until you colonize another world.

Update

- Added the Novatrooper and Stormtrooper Commander portraits to the list as generals.
- Added a new solar system start: "Imperial Center (+)" which adds Anaxes, Kuat, and Byss as neighbor planets to Coruscant.
- Added a planetary ring to Kuat as a visual improvement (Credit goes to Malthus and Nikkle for creating the code).
