New Updates:

- Kuat Orbital Ring megastructure:

1. Updated the megastructure and ai weight to the base game's standards (ai weight is set to 0 to prevent spam).

2. Fixed an issue with missing textures for the kuat orbital ring

3. Added a rotation animation

- Replaced the Palpatine portrait with the one used in the portrait collection mod.

Other Bugfixes:

- Updated the Galactic Empire's prescripted empire that was missing.

- Fixed an issue with missing deposits from the Galactic Empire origin for Coruscant.

- Fixed an issue with missing localization for the Galactic Empire origin.
