Fixed a potential issue with the Crystal Wyvern Heirs levels.

Added compatibility with the Crystal Isles map!

Ice wyverns on both Rag and Valguero should be behaving themselves now and obey the level distributions of the mod. Also readded back the Aberration cave spawns on Valguero.

Reverting to previous version until I can root out the ice wyvern problem that is causing crashing.

Added the Aberration Cave Valguero spawns (which were not in before due to me having to dig around the dev kit trying to find where they were placed) and fixed wyvern spawn levels from when WC changed things regarding the Ice Wyvern.

Fixed a bug that was preventing the max level for dinos to spawn on the Genesis map.

Note: If you started a fresh playthrough on the Genesis map AFTER this mod was updated for it, then I would suggest doing a dino wipe. That way, max level dinos will be just as prevalent as they should be compared to the other levels available using this mod.

-Fixed some spawners that did not have correct level limitations (mostly for the AB map)

Modified the Oviraptor spawning to allow both low and high ones to spawn depending on where they are located

Island Map - The beaches will spawn in only the levels in the bottom third (levels 5-50) of the range, while the jungles will spawn in the high level ones (100-150)
Extinction Map - The city will spawn in low level oviraptors, while the forest area will have high level ones.
