Version 2.1

- Schemetool is now 'finit' item.
ㄴ Has total 36 uses.
ㄴ Spawn cost : 6 uses, Alternating sanity cost : variable(max 3 uses), Config cost : 1 use

- Schemetool and Bone Helm will protect your sanity from Scheme teleporting.
ㄴ Costs 3 uses of Schemetool or the amount of sanity of Bone Helm.
ㄴ You may alter items first then use Schmetool and then Bone Helm.
ㄴ Doesn't alter if alter item option is "noalter"

- You can't now use Scheme when is danger nearby.
ㄴ If near boss, it checks larger raidus.
ㄴ Added configure options of this(can ignore this.)
