- Removed DLC content from the technology tree

- Got the mod in a playable state
- The tech tree is brought up to date
- A few Asian-themed recipes have been added to the kraft. They are not ready yet, but will be ready next week
- Removed almost all starting items except for the Totem, Scaffolding and coins. The Totem will probably be removed as well
- Added infinite sources of sulfur
