This update adds 2 of the last required plates that was needed to complete the collection, namely: KwaZulu Natal and Western Cape.

Thanks to all whom have contributed to finishing up this mod.

There was a slight mis-hap with file directories once again.
But fixed the locations. You should be able to see the plates
after the update.
Apologies for any inconvenience guys. Feeling super dumb at the moment.
