Fixed the find entity tool starting at the 2nd found entity instead of the 1st, adjusted the find entity tool UI, and removed the workshop concommand.

Merged some tools together that had the same functions, fixed some tools creating script errors when copying text to clipboard, moved settings to client, fixed table-based values not properly copying to clipboard, and fixed Get Local Pos tool not resetting the parent after getting it's position.
