-fixed D8 so that it properly deletes when the start button is pressed
-added custom dice based on the new dice that went up for sale, find them with the expansion packs.

-Added all current fan-made expansion packs as optional additions to the game
(these are currently not scripted but I am working on fully integrating every expansion into the script so they can be used with ease)
-updated dice counter
-removed monster attack and dice counters, the attack token and dice counters from the bags can be used instead.
-updated the table to be able to utilize the custom table feature
-added new table graphic based on the new cathedral playmat that went up for sale today (it is a modified version because the actual playmat is half the size of the default basement themed mat)
-updated the D4 for player selection to a D8 so that it is easier to read what the roll is.
-updated rule book to John Paull's comprehensive rulebook

Added custom counters to track monster dice and attack modifiers
Added infinite bag of custom Player dice modifier counters to track player dice modifiers
Added custom D4 with player colors for determining the starting player if no one is playing Cain
