fixed a random horrible bsp corruption bug that caused a lot of weird shit

V2 Update

-Updated Water to a custom much nicer looking texture
-Updated some visuals
-Added more optimization
-Added new areas
-Added secret gnome

Quick Hotfix Update

-sewed correctly together some displacements i missed
-fixed the vphysics error that was causing some odd shit in some zs servers
-fixed some of the props not being able to be picked up
-improved performance in some areas
-added clip below the cabin to avoid props getting stuck there
