balance: hanging drone costs more to build, 5 more seconds to build, and 3 more seconds to reload. Bombs drop with 981 gravity instead of 400. metal fire cost += 10

blance: swarm shield reload decreased by 2 seconds, fire energy cost increased to 800 energy.

improve: hardpoint0 positions of some weapons were off center.
improve: single use incendiary rocket gains the napalm effect.
improve: napalm effect was delayed.
