Fixes, Improvements, and performance boosts.

DONE -Optimise: change sbfog trails to color changes instead.

DONE -Add: blue fog for moonshine active

DONE -Optimise: reduce trail particles for sbssm, vacuum trail, etc.

DONE -Fix: flaming versions and vacuum versions of sbfog for moonshine retain their default emp effect

DONE -Remove: flaming fog smoke effect

DONE -Fix: warthog ability fails to buff drone weapon

DONE -Add: projectiles to be reflected by scattershot shields (30mm artillery, hanging cannon, etc.)

DONE -balance: make periscope autocannons explode and chain react like barrel cannons do.

DONE -balance: narrow shield beam and drunk laser aiming arc

DONE -remove: repair station buffs

DONE -remove: any weird commander changes to be more faithful to vanilla. All desired changes will be put into a seperate mod.

DONE -fix: new forts update messes up overheating durations.

DONE -change: allow the overheat to cool down normally. Normal cooldown time should be much longer than overheat cooldown time though.

DONE -change: remove the overheating feature from weapons that do not need it. (Periscope auto cannon, sbssm, etc) Add reload animations and sounds instead.

DONE -change: make sbssm sounds quieter.

DONE -change: make sbdrone sounds louder.

DONE -Balance: reduce derricks energy production.

DONE -Fix population caps with sbssm

DONE -optimize: change flamethrower trail to recolor instead.

DONE -remove: solar panel

Performance Tests:
6 rocket batteries on battleships non routine
Old, fps drop from ~120 to ~43
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~78. ~81% increase.

6 rocket batteries on battleships non routine with kinetic beam
Old, fps drop from ~120 to ~35
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~70. ~100% increase.

3 flamethrowers on battleships non routine with kinetic beam
Old, fps drop from ~120 to ~22
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~105. ~377% increase.

3 fog machines on battleships non routine with kinetic beam
Old, fps drop from ~120 to ~40
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~120. ~200% increase.

3 giant miniguns on battleships non routine with kinetic beam
OId, fps drop from ~120 to ~45
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~85. ~88% increase.

3 twin he missiles on battleships non routine with kinetic beam
Old, fps drop from ~120 to ~100
New, fps drop from ~120 to ~100. No significant performance improvement.

Fix: Other mods can cause the drunk laser script to attempt creating duplicate projectiles.

-Added recoil to barrel cannons
-Fixed Group compatibility for barrel cannons
-Damage multiplier for drone. less damage against bracing.
-drone AntiAirHitpoints increase from 11 to 15
-Added Flak AntiAir damage multiplier against drone ~0.7

Hotfix:
-Roofgunners no longer make cannon sound effects.
-Barrel cannons are shot down easier
-Added firing delay to photon compression laser
-Cooler sound effects for photon compression laser
-Photon compression laser projectile now fully bounces off shields. (careful, it will always come straight back at the weapon)
-Disabled roof minigun
-Disabled hanging minigun
(^^ they were kinda toxic ^^)
