- Fixed sprint + reload bugs

- More things than I can count. Bugfixes, lots of them. Networking should now *properly* show your friends' weapons.
- Reduced network overhead a little via arcane and scary, unnatural methods
- Technically NPCs can now use ACT3 weapons, but there's no way to give them to them normally. Use Extended Properties for now.
- More of that stupid scope recoil stuff

- View will now go all o'er the place again with the iron sights following aim properly
- Added new fire group attachment icons by Fesiug
- New snap sounds from Insurgency (INS2)
- Hopefully, improved shooting in MP with high lag
- Fixed M11 long barrel icon

- Fixed sensitivity issue people were having because I'm dumb and made a typo
- ACT3 camera now follows your invert pitch/yaw settings
- Put the option to disable True Irons/True Scopes in settings if you want
- Fixed G3 10 round mag - Fixed some laser sight stuff
- Fixed weapon dropping (Try act3_drop in console)
