Fixed Thunder Spirit. It should now work and display its damage correctly.

Fixed a few more details about Unleash the Hounds

Decreased level 1 Rejuvenate's radius of effect to what it should have been.

Changed Overload's damage vulnerabilty affix to be applied on static bursts. Also fixed it so that the damage vulnerability scales with tier level appropriately.

Changed the damage on the Pixie's Faebolt to Ice.

Changed Wolf Pack to Unleash the Hounds, which does largely the same thing but added a missile which can stun your target and determines where the hounds are in fact unleashed.

Made an animation change to Surge.
