-Removed Taxation Bank as structure as it would self remove custom inventory after server reboots (skynet maybe?)
-Structure in place now was beta and will be temporary fix. new strucutre will be designed this weekend.
-Temp removed hide as a craftable resource til i can resolve the crafting bug that would give a fatal crash to the client side.
-Structure is also placeable without floors (because why not)

v2.1 Hotfix
-Fixed missing recipes to craft Keratin, Hide, and Sap.
-Fixed folder organization for Keratin, Hide, and Sap.
-Fixed spoiled meat on raptor bench to look less like they are hovering.
-Adjusted the sturctures base requirements to match(somewhat) of the Taxation Bank ingame so that it is not used early game as a loophole to tax pre-establishment
