Accidentally updated the mod with my highlander changes, which ofcourse wouldn't work for people that don't have them.
Should work again like prior to v1.07.

v1.07:
Added "VirtualRange_FreeSoldiers" console command to free any soldiers that might(for whatever reason) have become locked in a constant training state without being able to get reassigned.
This command will remove the current Training Project, clear all the Training Center Staffslots, and will mark all soldiers' status' as active, so use with caution.
You do have to be in debug mode to use the console.

v1.06 :
AbilityPoints_Min increased from 1 to 2
AbilityPoints_Max increased from 3 to 6
Fixed AbilityPoints_Max not ever happening
Fixed trainable bond-soldiers not being able to be selected in the bond-training list
Fixed bond-soldiers not correctly being found and added to the bond-training list
Soldiers should now be possible to have their bond trained through the Training Center Bond Training button.
Note that the sorting bug is still present until Highlander changes have been integrated.

TrainingProjects will now track when a soldier has starting their training, soldiers that have joined the training cycling after it has started will get less rewards and penalties when the cycle finishes.
If a soldier joined on the last day of the cycle they will get nothing.

v1.01 :
Fixed an issue with units not correctly getting reassigned away from the Training Center to other places, now units have to be explicitly removed from the Training Center before they'll be available in other facilities, this is the same way the PSI Chamber's soldier slot works.
The Dropdown toggle has been moved into UIFacility_StaffSlotVirtualRange, no selection menu shows up during unstaffing anymore.
Clicking on a filled staffslot now pops-up a warning about stopping the current soldier's training, if this is the last soldier it will inform the player that the training cycle will be cancelled.
Rookies in the UIPerformanceReport will nolonger have their rank displayed, as it's the same as their class.
Fixed SYNC_RAND_STATIC starting its roll at 0 and not at 1, meaning that you would never get max ability points
Added a BlockStaffing list that blocks PsiOperative from being staffed as they wouldn't be able to use the ability points anyways, you can remove/add to this list as you like
