Added support for Vanilla Factions Expanded - Settlers. Slither pawns may now appear in that mod's factions, including the player starting faction.

-- Not craftable, but can be rewarded through various events, just like other archotech parts.
-- Can be installed on a Slither through surgery with a minimum Medical skill of 3. Cannot be installed on other races.
-- 150% efficiency.
-- In summary: equivalent to an archotech leg, except that it's a tail, of course.

-- Requires Bionics research.

-- 125% efficiency.
-- In summary: equivalent to a bionic leg, except that it's a tail, of course.
