-very slight debuff to Rising Vapors, using keyword "Tiring"
-"Tiring" keyword becomes "Exhaust" when the card hits the discard pile.

Overall, that's 32 cards implemented and 18 planned out of the goal 60. Once that 60 is reached, extensive playtesting and balancing, then 15 more slots to fill in any gaps for an ideal 75 cards.
