- Re-jiggered the specific bounty factions for many bounties previously added.
- added a bunch of dudes
- made a slick new thumbnail

- Increased most of the bounties after realizing that I set them too low.
- Fiddled with the chances for most Bandit/Ninja/Peasant/Servant related bounties.
- Increased Dust Boss bounty and chance in an attempt at balance.
