Big thank you to ChoGGi for helping with the coding, the building now works as intended!
Demolished state has returned.
Maintenance has been re-introduced.
Tree that was sticking out has been nudge back inside the dome (thanks Thor131 for picking up on this part)

Temp fix until I can figure the coding out!
Temp fix 2, now doesn't require maintenance, this should prevent the drones getting confused until I can get the coding sorted.
When you demolish the building it no longer has a demo state and will just be destroyed leaving the pile of resources.
Also tree no longer sticks out of the dome, thanks for spotting it!
