Add New Jerseys for Ambiorix and Basil II
Tweaked Gilgamesh's secondary jersey to make sure he has a unique fallback

Tweaked/re-ordered a few jerseys.
Changed cyan color to not conflict with light blue.
All leaders (except Bolivar, Gilgamesh, Hojo, Tamar, Laurier, Peter, and Saladin) now have unique primary jerseys. The aformentioned leaders now have unique secondary jerseys. This should prevent unncessary jersey swapping in most cases.

Tweaked a green so that it no longer gets marked as conflicting with a red (Firaxis, why?). Should help Gitarja keep her cranberry color
