Finally fixed a coding issue that was causing other characters to talk lines from inuyasha

Had to revert some changes to keyhandler because of some errors.

temporarily removed his speech-line while using smell-e-vision because it was causing some troubles

- slowed him down a bit, was way too fast after upgrade to max level

- made all forms of tessaiga able to be used as axe and pickaxe

- upped the possibility of icicles spawn in cold diamond steel form

- changed the item used to repair the scabbard from nightmare fuel to honey (to keep it more true to the anime)

- added smell-e-vision. A feature to use your nose to "see" in the dark (he is a dog demon after all)

- Added webber voice (synthesizer)

- Changed speech-lines to webber

- Upped dmg of Tessaiga to match nightmare-sword (should be on par with the strongest sword ingame, right? ;-))

- Upped dmg of Windscar to make him more solo-friendly

- Added fridge effect to the firerat-coat (works like a fridge now, keeps foods fresh)
