Reconfigured the cockpit using the new instrument panels.

Added altitude hold & cruise control.

Updated Mockingjay Recon Chopper.

Tweaked the control setup so it doesn't barrel roll in cruise mode.

Engine throttle is now controlled by the gyro. So both throttle and collective are now controlled by the up & down arrow keys.

Added fuel pumps that are activated when main power breaker is on.
