3.0 compliant

The Dragon hatchling has been rebalanced for 3.0, still roughly in line with a Savretooth Alpha pet. Depending on how things look I may still tweak some values in small ways.

I have not looked over moving any recipes to the Construction Hammer yet. It is mostly placeables and I am not positive if I want them in the Hammer or at a bench. Again, mod works for 3.0 but there is work yet to be done for polish!

Depricated:
- Flaming Skeleton (better exists in base game)
- Globe of Yezud (better exists in base game)
- Master Artisan Bench (no longer needed as all DLC Artisan benches craft all DLC in 3.0)

Updates to Dragon Husbandry
- The Dragonhide Book (admin spawnable) that teaches the Dragon Husbandry Feat, will now also teach the 'Draconic Fodder' recipe. Draconic Fodder is crafted in Alchemy Benches and is now a required component to rear a Wyrmling into a Dragon Hatchling in an Animal Pen. This should fix the issue with players crafting Dragon hatchling pets without having obtained the Dragonhide Book.
