I updated the amount of Gold of the Store Merchant to prevent the infamous Merchant Gold Bug.
I reduced the amount he has in inventory. This will work now.

Updated - v.1.2:

Fixed issue with exterior locations not showing up (hopefully now compatible with Hearthfires Adoptions Mod.)
Added Cook & Follower NPC.
Added more Laborers (Treasury) with idles.
(Further Testing is suggested by those who have HA mod)
Added outside area for recreation.
