Before this update the trinket could kill you since its HP cost was still matching the 33% ativation and not the new 25%. in other words if you were betrewn 33% and 25% using the trinket would kill you. now the trinket is set to drain 25% HP (meaning it requires 3 uses before you reach 25% and keep having it active.) to counter the additional wait-time the cooldown on the trinket is now 8 sec (just as long as the buff!) the old was 30 sec.
