Added more trade resources.

Added more resource dependencies for buildings.

Changed the taxation in each level of taxes.

Added "Upkeep" for public buildings, they subtract a value relative to the region's total wealth produced.

Fixed the Population Mod. Now the composition of the population in the region will influence it's income.

-Trade has been nerfed as I had way over 50% of my income from trade. Trade is still over 50% my income just not as far from it as it was.

- Made the AI declare War more often when they don't like you.

- Now releasing prisoner will NOT be the option that gives the most money. Killing does. (Scavenging, keeping the enemies' supplies, etc.) Then it's slaves, then releasing.

- Movement zones for your troops have seen their color changed to blue. Just because I like it.

- Hopefully you'll be seeing more trade ships going around.

- Made a change to the autoresolver stat priority. (Let's see the results as I'm not sure it does much.)

- When you conquer a city the starting level of armed citizenry is at 20% instead of 10%. (It's especially good for port towns.)

-Political Loyalty Edict Enhanced. Lowered loyalty gain, added a negative gdp effect. (It was giving loyalty to all political factions, this is also fixed.)

Corrected a bug where both Winter and Mild Winter add the same effects.

- Corrected a bug where the Mild Winter was not working.
- Corrected a bug where Naval Patrols was not reducing Navy upkeeps.

-Added season effects to main campaing.

Now you'll have those effect plus the chance for extreme, bad or good events ocurring.

Population growth will be affected by these outlier events. For example, not only will a bad winter affect your income for that certain province but it will also decrease your population growth.

-Tweaked random events effects like rampant piracy or pirates to make them more impactful.

- Changes to the Naval Security and Trade Stimulation Edicts. (Now Naval Security affect naval recruitment and upkeep and trade impacts trade tariffs and trade gdp)
