-New focuses: Socialist Anschluss for Germany and a bunch of new focuses for "Eurocommunism" path.
-The rebalance for the national spirits
-Rebalance for the second civil war in Germany
-A possibility for Eurocommunist Germany to get Wirmer flag
-Other minor fixes
