Limited event to Vixen and added config option for it.
Slightly increased Agility's Block.

Psychic no longer consumes sunny day if it gives no block.
Suggestion no longer exists. Replaced with Confusion, which causes enemies to damage themselves by a fraction of the damage they deal.

Fixed the animation bug (was a bone-hierarchy issue).
Sunny day now only triggers its sunny effect if you actually have common debuffs.
