New alternate weapon and reloading sounds, bugfixes, and new adjustments for the latest The Last Stand update

- Added ammo/item pickup sound
- Changed Chrome shotgun shot sound to Sawn-off shotgun from FC2
- Changed SMG/Silenced SMG reloading sound to UZI reloading sounds (before there was from MAC-10)

- Changed shotgun shell reloading to it's alternative sound
- Fixed the screeching sound glitch with Scout rifle when inserting a mag
