PERK CHANGES
- animals no longer give sanity in lucas' inventory, nor do immortal critters/companions (that's too easy!)
- fixed bug with configurable animal sanity
- friendly animal sanity code gain rewritten to be compatible with future/modded mobs
- friendly animal sanity gain increases/decreases depending upon distance
- birds no longer fly away from lucas

his 'friendly to animals' perk might be missing a couple animals. i've tried to catch all of them but i may have missed a few. if you notice any friendly animals not giving lucas sanity, please report it and i'll take a look.

his 'friendly to birds' perk may be incompatible with other characters with similar perks. it won't crash, but only one of their perks will work at a time.
