Bugfix:
- Mannequin doesn't disappear anymore by leaving area.
- Mannequin opens opions for equipping armor or move placement by activating

Had to change script "_00E_Playerhousing_Furniture.psc": it looked if the furniture item had the baseform of the male model in finish_placement, now it looks if the furniture item is an actor
