Compatibility updated for HOI4 1.11.x. Should show as backwards compatible to a certain extent. Hopefully covering those continuing to play older versions.

No idea why it decided to stop working however, as the only change I had to make was to adjust the compatible version entry in the descriptor file to "1.*". I suppose there's a built-in feature that automatically disables mods that don't show as being compatible. Even though they're enabled in the launcher.

Added compatibility for large overhaul mods:
- Renamed, moved to "replace" folder, and trimmed the localisation files to only replace the entry that we are working with.

Still need to sort out a load order, but it might require a new upload to achieve the desired result. Unless I can figure out how to change the name of the mod, as it appears in the launcher, without confusing Steam workshop into thinking it's a brand new mod.
