-Changed how magic effect is handled in the cloaking magic effects scripts to fix reported issue of dual casting not working
-Changed the appearance of blood from a puddle to splatters for certain vanilla abilities and spells such as the Night Cloak vampire lord ability on kills
-Fixed for blood squares with ENB, other issues are that still present without enb and are normal issues with skyrim, please check FAQ about those
-Fixed missing texture reference resulting in a crash
-Fixed insect blood and oil not having proper normal maps
-Fixed Dawngaurd visual blood bug on goblets and jar by editing their meshes (load other mods after mine if conflict is found)
-Fixed blood pools appearing on multiple floors
-Added soaked blood splatter decals on soft surfaces (sand, mud, snow, ash)
-Added vanilla screen blood decals as an option during install
-Added menu option to have vanilla bleeding enabled. this will enable blood to possibly appear on walls but will also introduce a lot of cut off blood splatters
-Added menu option to set health threshold for blood trails
-Added check to prevent other mods from removing screen blood fade (Wildcat - Combat of Skyrim)
-Spasms can now be triggered by non-killmove hits with added menu option to adjust
-Removed placement radius for decals, will not affect scripted decals, should result in generally more blood decals
-Performance: Converted sound files to xwm
-Optional plugins fixed and updated
-Other minor fixes and edits

-Updated main script to match changes made in the Special Edition of the mod which includes:
Reduced condition checks when an actor takes damage
Low health blood drops now appear with unarmed and bash attacks
Increased default script cloak apply to 10 seconds instead of 2
Main NPC script cleaned up and improved

-Updated brawl bug fix to Enai Siaion's Modern Brawl Bug Fix
-Added reduced script range optional files. This will change the distance that scripts and blood effects activate. Medium is half the length of a cell's default range and short is at close to melee range of player. This may help with performance by not creating new blood decals unless you are at a closer distance. Bleeding from bow attack will not work beyond the set range
-Minor script update changes for update and uninstall
