Final major release, now has 3 upgrades, 1 magfilter, 2 blade improv, 3 turbo. Tweaked upgrades. Slightly higher cost than standard and now locked behind mag filter upgrade.Aded icon and upgrade icons.

First release, proof of concept
Will need balancing and tweaking over time and a decision on upgrade vs hard coded as part of the building.
