Swapped Whip's Turret Radar script for JTurp's Lidar script.
Swapped Spug's autodocking script for SAM autopilot.
Added toolbar for SAM (toolbar 4)
Set up timer blocks to switch between AutoLCDs and SAM, as they share a text panel.

Spaced out the merge blocks for the side mounted missiles to solve the problem of the RDav guided missiles sometimes colliding with the ship itself.

Added proximity fuse tag to front facing cameras of Javelin Missiles

Added Blargmode's Fancy Ruler script to easily get target GPS Co-ordinates - used in cruise missile mode
