Bugfixs for Jetpack and Bullet Cam

Jetpack came out with multidirectional jumping.
Bullet Cam for M392X/393X and SRS. (Magazine type)
Fixed an bug with Jump sound error appearing.

A more in-depth change log will be out later.

UNSC Overhaul

UNSC Spartan IIs Overhaul *New*
All Spartans IIs with 35% increase in movement speed

UNSC Spartan IIIs Overhaul *New*
All Spartans IIIs with 35% increase in movement speed

COV Overhaul *New*

Sanghelili Overhaul *New*
All Elites with 30% increase in movement speed
All Elites with vest armor and head armor (much more tankier)

Equipment Changes
Spartan Cloaking *New* (Spartan IIs cannot not move or it breaks their cloak but has 30 seconds of cloaking. Spartan IIIs can move but only have 15 seconds of cloaking. Firing or being hit breaks cloaking just like the Elite Cloaking)
Elite Armor(No Model) *New* (ODST armor value and such for use with Elites)
Elite Helm(No Model) *New* (ODST armor value and such for use with Elites)

Function Changes
Elite Cloaking (Hold) has been changed to Cloaking (On) and Cloaking (Off). Two different keybinds so you don't have to hold it anymore. Just press on or off and bam you go. Keybinds are On - Shift+N | Off - Shift+M | You can change them via Options -> Controls -> Configure Addons -> Operation Trebuchet 7th Special Warfare Group -> Change the keybinds to what you want/prefer.
Elite Cloaking requires Any Elite Uniform, Elite Armor(No Model), and Elite Helm(No Model) to function. Do not remove any of these during the cloak.
Spartan Cloaking requires MJOLNIR undersuit, MJOLNIR MkIV(blue or red works too) or MKV, and any MJOLNIR helmet. Do not remove any of these during the cloak.

Hotfixs Changes
Fury Backpack *Hotfix* (Renamed Action to Activate Fury Nuke from Activate Shiva Nuke)
Falcon Door Gunners *Hotfix* (Hotfix it going to space and spawning an squad worth of gunners and crashing the server and not showing it's door guns or gunners to zeus and won't delete the gunners when you delete the aircraft) Hotfix didn't work
Forecon Helmet *Hotfix* (Textures should now appear for them but still has shadow issues. In Process of fixing that)
