Added Extreme Mode, which increases the mob size by 5 every round. THIS CAN BE NETWORK HEAVY. USE WITH CAUTION!

Numerous QoL improvements and balance changes that needed to be done:

* Storms are now toggleable pre-round and are by default now turned off.
* Most dead-end areas are no longer dead ends (do not go in the house bathroom!)
* Roofs are now accessible to survivors.
* Added Counter-Strike: Source weapons.

* Removed ladder on the fences near the house's door. Players could get stuck on this.
* Fixed a serious bug where players would get stuck in the ceiling if a Smoker constricted them on the couches.
* Changed weapons in the storage shed to be Tier 2.
* Added mounted turrets.
