* Admins executing the "foundgate" command now will have to specify 'cheat' instead of the 'confirm' argument to bypass checks and not pay money. Otherwise the command will treat them as normal players.
* Added a way for admins to found gates for other factions either by faction index or by player name (if they're online):
* * /foundgate x y cheat "PlayerName"
* * /foundgate x y cheat 12345
* Now admins can toggle, destroy and lock other people gates. Locking prevents others from toggling and destroying gates
* Revamped gate dialog and added confirmation when destroying gates
* Now if AI faction controls both gates in a pair, they will make sure to toggle them on after some time (unless gates are locked)
* Toggling gates off no longer removes their lines on galaxy map
* Fixed destroying gates action requiring the ManageStations permission instead of FoundStations
* Removed max Avorion required version to allow to enable mod on any future versions

* WARNING: Due to the extensive changes, this update has bad backwards compatibility..
* Now gates can be toggled/destroyed only if you control both of them of if the other gate in a pair is controlled by your ally.
* Now if a gate owner faction is at war with a passing ship player/alliance faction, that ship will not be able to use the gate. This behaviour can be turned off by setting config variable 'ForbidGatesForEnemies' to 'false'.
* Added config setting 'BuiltGatesCanBeCaptured' (default: true). If you'll set it to 'false', gates built by players/alliances will not be captured by NPC and other players/alliances.
* Added config setting 'CapturedBuiltGatesCanBeDestroyed' (default: true). If you'll set it to 'false', only faction that initially built a gate will be able to destroy it.
* Added config setting 'CapturedNPCGatesCanBeDestroyed' (default: true). If you'll set it to 'false', it won't be possible to destroy captured NPC gates.
* Added config setting 'NeedHelpFromDestinationSector' (default: false). If true, in order to build a gate you need to have your/alliance ship or station in a destination sector. Basically set this to 'true' if you want players to actually scout and reach sectors before making gates that lead in them.
* Marked gates, wormholes and ancient gates as non-transferrable, so they wouldn't teleport each other.
* Reorganized delayed actions into 1 list per sector instead of 4, made an attempt to remove possible desync.
* Removed some misc UI code in the 'stationfounder.lua' file to maximize compatibility.
