Update: 8 Sep, 2019 @ 6:32am

Improved behavior of Hyacinth fleet.
It will escape away if attacked by non-default country (like marauder), same as Caravaneer Fleets.
And goal-setting will be done only when it reached current goal. It prevent back-and-forth on some position, forthing make other system closer but backing make initial goal closer.
That said, fleet maneuver is quite tricky...

Egalitalian Splinter colony The Amaryllis and The Orchid planets' planet class are diversified. The ESP and The Orchid planets will be any different climate, The Amaryllis planet will be same climate. All them include Planetary Diversity planet classes, if you use it.

Update: 31 Aug, 2019 @ 11:58pm

Balanced on The Amaryllis and The Orchid systems.
Now, they spawn at few jump-steps away, making protection and sending rescue reasonable.

Update: 13 Aug, 2019 @ 5:48am

Fixed an issue about Orchid country and technocracy civic. If non-fanatic materialist ethic won't valid technocracy civic, ethics will be change to fanatic materialist and egalitarian.
The whole event will start if "Earth" isn't your capital but it is in your system. So I think it is compatible with "Lost Home" civic in "Dyson Swarm - colonizing space (2.3.x)". That said, there might be some issue...
