Fixed Iron Refinery and related buildings having no parts affecting footprints

Fixed buildings without doors having no collision at all and being buildable only underground (like Iron Refinery).
Changed many wrong values the game had (for instance making underground only doors)
Decreased the minimun building height to 3. Now buildings should snap from exactly door level and above
