* Starter will now turn off when engine is switched off; Fixed bug where starter would run until the engine reached 90 RPMs despite switching off the engine.

Updated LCD Touch Engine Mainboard Microcontroller.
+ Now has some handshake support: Composite out 1 (Running), 2 (Stalled), 3 (Low/no fuel), 4 (Temperature warn). All are steady outputs; no flashing or blinking.
- Semi-permanently removed manual screen. Can be reactivated by uncommenting the lines at the bottom of the appropriate LUA script.
