-Added pyro's phongwrap into the files so users wouldn't need to install TF2 in order to see the model as normal
-Fixed textures that had pink phongwrap parameters

-Fixed bone weighting on the c_arms (tip of the pinky was slightly bone weighted to chest bone)
-Added missing phong material path into the model's qc
