*Navigation lights now truly red/green
*Reduced high gear to 3:2 from 3:1 to adopt for changes in recent versions

Expanded cargo bay to easily fit Powerplant Testing Equipment packages
Place for winch (no winch in this version) at stern.
Electric connector, single, to recharge battery in case of big failure and restart vehicle

Updated ToS Inc LB-6 (Fictionary starter lifeboat).

* Changed default forward gear from 1:1 to 1:2 (lower RPS, better fuel efficiency)
* Fixed reversed spotlight control
* White spotlight (was orange)
* RPS/Temperature dials for all 6 engines
* Fuel level indicator
