Romulus of Rome - Rise & Fall & Gathering Storm Compatible
Romulus takes command of Rome! Gives the Roman Empires some civs' unique districts, improvements & buildings; plus 3 unique, Romanised units.

Leader Traits:
Units under Romulus receive +5 combat strength when attacking wounded units and heal 20 HP when they eliminate a unit. Roman units receive a tribal village reward when clearing a barbarian outpost. Rome earns government legacy bonuses in half the usual time and has one extra military policy slot available.

National Civics:
In additional to 'All Roads' trade bonuses, the Empire can use builders charges to complete 15% of the original wonder cost, Builders have an additional charge. Rome can build wonders and districts on floodplains, and city can build 1 more district then the population limit allows. 20% of great person points are refunded after they are recruited or patronized. Building an encampment or fort in friendly territory claims all surrounding tiles.

The Roman Empire can construct the Bathouse, Docks, Carnival, Film Studio, Sukinnice and Electronics Factory; plus the Paridaeza, Stepwell and Nubian Pyramid improvements.

Mod also adds Pax Romana as a 'religion'.

Has 'Yet not Another Maps Pack' (YnAMP) True Start Locations. - Rome .

Has 'Randomised Mediterranean Map' True Start Regions - Italy & Bulgaria

'Wonder Tweaks' is a recommendation, not mandatory. But the game plays better with it.

IMPORTANT
You will want to increase your usual difficulty level factor to enjoy this mod. For a normal civ with Constantine, see my BYZANTIUM MOD, for an similar mod, not requiring DLC, see my GLORY OF ROME MOD - Note, these mods will conflict if enabled at the same time.
