UW: Zaibatsu (standalone)
- Free Stock Exchange.
- 1 Merchant specialist, +1 Great Merchant point.
- Unlocks four unique corporations: Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, and Yasuda.

UU: Mikasa (replaces Cruiser)
- Replaces Cruisers rather than Battleships.
- Now has the correct air defense values.
- Golden Age Points granted while under constructed removed.
- Added instant yield of 30 Golden Age Points (scaling with era and game speed) when created (produced/gold bought/upgraded from Frigate).
- Removed +25% combat bonus in friendly territory.

UB: Imperial Shrine (requires 4UC) (replaces Circus)
- +3 Culture, +2 Faith (compared to no yields for Circus).
- All units from this city gain the 'Emperor's Will' promotion (increased combat strength based on unit damage, +10hp when destroying an enemy unit).
- Increases Military Unit Supply Cap by 1.
- 2 slot for art or artifact, gains a theming bonus when the slot is filled with your civ's art or artifact (5 Culture/Tourism, along with a bonus of 5 Culture/Golden Age Points).

UU: Sohei (requires 4UC) (standalone)
- Can only be purchased with gold or faith.
- Requires a Temple in the city.
- Gains the Quick Study (+50% experience from combat) and Ikko Ikki (+10% Combat Strength; when defeating an enemy, gain 300% of its combat strength as Faith) promotions.

Event: Satsuma Rebellion
- Now uses CPDLL's event system.

Decision: Patronise the Zaibatsu Conglomerate
- Requirement is now the Zaibatsu National Wonder, instead of the Industrialisation tech.
- Cost now scales with era, like other VP scaling.
- Base gold cost reduced to 400 from 800.
- Gold modifier for Factory reduced to 10% from 15%.
- Now uses a dummy event rather than a dummy policy (backend change).

Decision: Abolish the Han System
- Now requires the new 'Appoint Daimyos' decision to be enacted.
- Cost now scales with era, like other VP scaling.
- Removed claims neighbouring tile.
- Now grants 80 Culture and 300 Golden Age Points per Daimyo expended, scaling with era.

- Each Daimyo created comes with a free Samurai. Follows the starting promotion and XP of the Capital, and gets +15XP and free Morale on top of that.
