Added Blaster Bolts; Buffed Damage and added an overheat-indicator on the powerpack.
Added a new fire loop sound, might cause some bugs but it works perfectly with the overheat indicator

Made the DC-15 more accurate and have less spread in long range; lowered projectile speed as well
