* Changed how UI crew values are calculated (now they should match with ship window crew tab)
* Removed config because it had only 1 value that was basically always 'true'
* Added label that shows the amount of free crew space
* Added button that allows to hire all required crew (depends on the available crew at station)
* Now crew workforce values that are > 100% (130% for engineers/mechanics) will be highlighted in blue to show that you have more crew than necessary
* Added fix for a vanilla exploit that allows to 'steal' crew from crew transport ships that were called by other players
